With each partner we ran GUMMY BEAR PACKAGING TRIAL to test the SUPERIOR PERFORMACE of the entire packaging line. During these tests and trials our customers witnessed our double tube DUPLEX-360 machine in action.
The goal of the testing was to establish
the integration of the DUPLEX-360 machine into a packaging line with a Yamato / MULTIPOND multihead weigher
and to confirm the ability to achieve superior performance of packaging the product Jelly Gummy Bears into 10g small pouches.
The testing confirmed the integrated ability of VELTEKO’s double tube DUPLEX-360 machine and the multihead weigher to
package Jelly Gummy Bears at above-standard speeds (2 x 200 bags/per minute)
achieve maximum efficiency with a small machine footprint (maximum output with minimum time constraints)
provide a highly reliable packaging process
